Andy is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked as a party wall surveyor, project manager and contract administrator on numerous prestigious new build and refurbishment projects throughout London and the South-East, in both residential and commercial sectors. Andy is also a RICS accredited mediator and acts as a mediator in construction disputes. He is listed on the RICS’ Presidents Panel.
